KanaQuiz

Kanaquiz is a cross-platform flashcard application that allows for the user to import custom content in the form of a .csv file. Kanaquiz comes with a preset dictionary of japanese hiragana which can be accessed via the file>load preset menu item.

Kanaquiz is licenced under the GNU-GPL and thus can be used, copied, modified and redistributed without limit (as per the GNU-GPL license)
